A fine Omega military men's wrist watch.  It contains a Calibre 283 automatic movement which dates from 1953.  It has a black dial which is 30mm with a stainless steel case and grey fabric strap.

This watch is the RAF pilot issue.  

RAF issue (The watch is stamped 6B to back).  To those in the know, the watch has a 'fat arrow' dial.  This was an Omega own replacement dial probably fitted in the mid 1950s due to the fact that the originals contained a dangerous amount of Radioactive Radon in the luminous paint!

A very clean example and the condition is excellent.

It is guaranteed for 1 year after the purchase date.
