Aquamarine & Diamond Ring in 18ct Gold - Secondhand

A single stone round faceted aquamarine ring with tapered baguette cut diamond shoulders in 18ct white gold.  The aquamarine is four claw set with the diamonds rubover set.  This lead to the plain D-shape shank.
